Wilson Promontory National Park

Taking a hike and camping in Wilson Promontory.
The park is famous for all the great hiking trails throughout the park.

Normand beach

Squeaky Beach.....Named so because the sand squeaks when you walk on it.

Don't be fooled by the look of the water. It looks warm but is probably only around 17-19 degrees.

Tidal River....Great place to swim when the tide comes in and mixes with the fresh water.

I was in for a bit of a shock at supper time. I grabbed these at the grocery store not noticing that they were not beef but Kangaroo.

A lot of the parks have BBQ grills for all to use. The Kangaroo burgers were ok, but not my favourite.

And of course a good cup of coffee to follow diner. Amazing what you can find nowadays.
